That's almost exactly the definition of psychological dependence, lol.
It was easy for me to stop, though, and I'd smoked everyday for over a decade. I think there are physical-esque symptoms; I know I felt on edge for the first week or so, but that shit goes away pretty quickly. I think what makes it hardest is if you're always around other people who blaze.
