Foul - Tiny Tim punches are prehistoric against him (don't expect you to really know since you haven't been here long enough) I can see the the tulips/2 lips wordplay but you said "more so than his song is" but I have no clue who tulips is or that is even a person/rapper/singer. The setup wasn't bad and the transition works but the execution was just poorly done so it ended on a bad note for me.
tim - you bar wasn't a hay maker at all, it was extremely simple and could have gotten bodied easily by anyone who put forth effort. The wording was ok, not sure if foul ball reference has been done on him before or not so I can't say its played. The execution was decent but could have been much better if you would have put more time into it. However, you had the more clearer hit here as I don't find myself questioning what you are talking about while reading it.

Predictable name flip that was worded/executed pretty bad. If you were going to go basic/simple, I think your best bet is trying to tie in some type of witty/harsh concept w/ it.
