You got power in your words clam chowder. I dig your work because you give us the real shit and it might not be top notch lyricism. But, being a powerful Emcee is about being able to relate to the people. Being able to connect and speak for the people. You're talking about aftermath? You know how many people been in relationships where the ex/family member is hurt by the decision? The people that strive for the person you're with. And in the end of all that fighting to be where you're at with the person you claim to love, you realize you can't even enjoy the relationship which leaves you alone in all of the wreckage/rubble/aftermath.
It's like winning a war with no benefit at the end. It's a conflict that just took life and energy from you. Time, gone.

Yeah, and the last line hit hard cause of how true it is.

You'll find so many people in life and the people you truly love are the ones that bring out something extraordinarily different in you than the people you've met in the past. It's like something alien-like or otherworldly when you meet someone like that. They'll make you feel like never before. A completely new experience initiates in your mind. Feels like you've waited forever/an eternity for a feeling like that.

I've been left standing there alone before and realized that when you're younger it's the challenge that you love - it's a humbling moment when you see that. And yes, it's why I fear in every relationship now, once you get there, will it be the person or the challenge again? ...and yeah, it's just all so complicated for all parties involved ESPECIALLY when you're just trying to do you without hurting anyone, but the hurt is inevitable.
