we had an ankle biter that got a bit aggressive with my niece at times....and i always said ima kill the fucker the day it bites her...until one day i realized that my niece was torturing the dog, and the dog was just acting out of fear....all in all, it was her fault that the dog got aggressive....so then i told her, she either stops, or when it DOES bite her, she better not come crying to nobody...

I had a homie who's baby got bit by a dog on the face so he got a hammer from his truck but the family who owned the dog was hiding it. the city or some shit put down the dog anyway. he was kind of a nut though I wouldn't have let him beat my dog with a hammer

That sounds a little OD to me, coming with a hammer. You never know why an animal acts out, I would put my dog to sleep if it bit my daughter as well, unless my daughter did something on purpose to agitate it.
