Making wine is just a hobby of mine. Its actually something I've considered as a career path. Like, I'm pretty brazen, but I'm really good. I understand the science.
And its perfectly legal, law I OK said I can make 100 gallons/year per every adult in my house hold.
And it gives me somethin to watch, to care for, a 'pet' project.

My heating blanket quit last night so I had to shock it this morning I put it in the tub and continue renewing the hot water.
