    So I started up a batch...

    Of homemade wine, or hooch.

    And every other time I've cooked one off, I don't remember it stinking up the joint like this. Its in 2 trash bags, under a heating blanket, and in a closet, but it might as well be in my fuckin face.

    Pay attention to every detail;

    2 cans of 100% juice, doesn't matter flavor, as long as there are no preservitives. It should say ingredients: fruit juice concentrate, water, ascorbic acid. Nothing else.
    4 lbs of sugar. Grandulated regular ole 4lb bag of sugar.
    1 packet of active dry yeast. Easy enough, fleishmanns is what I use.

    Find a 5 gallon bucket, a waste basket, anything cylindrical with a bottom, for instance I used a cardboard box today.

    Spread a trash bag (I like clear, so you can see the process) in the container, then another so its doubled.

    Pour your ingredients in, only use half a packet of yeast, I'll tell why in a minute

    Now add 3 gallons of hot water.

    Now you can leave it open, but flys and shit, so I take pen tube and wrap the bags around it so it let's air out. When yeast eats sugar, cuz yeast is a bacteria, it pissses ethanol, and shit co2 so it going to blow the bag up if you seal it.

    Keep it at one constant temp, I wanted to do a short batch, so I put a her blanket over it, taking considerations for carbeureting the waste gases.

    Mine will take 72 hrs and be around 14% by volume. Some like to go 14days, its fortified at that point, but I do go that long with grapes. Citrus fruits work the best IMO. And the quickest. I used orange and pineapple today. I also threw a can of all natural pineapple chunks in too.

    Now, its touchy, because if its under brewed it can give ya the shits. Taste it often and when the sweetness is gone, its ready, also if you over yeast it can wreck your b hole too.

    Now when its done, I've even added a lil more sugar and yeast, and put it in a few 2liter bottles and wait about 10 days, and it will be carbonated , like champagne.

    Yes, I actually did @Sobe this is kinda the jail way, Sept we would be using bread instead of yeast. And candy instead of sugar.

    I can cook moonshine. If I had some copper line and a few other lil things.

    All you need is copper line and a heat source. You can do it in your kitchen. You make a corn mash just like I just explained Sept with corn and then you boil it off at a few begrees below 212f100c the steam goes thru the copper which is situated under your running sink and what comes out the other end is almost pure ethanol. You. Can even still that further, or you can charcoal filter it. Living. In the south you pick up some tricks.
