i may be liberal with the quotables here. phal's whole fukin verse was nameplay's but a lot of them were done well imo. al bum was line of the battle. i liked phal balls line from alastair. some of alastair's verse was very weak tho. ok concepts, not good wording. ima have to go with phalanx for a more complete verse

Phal balls was forced, much like Casino was last week. I dunno, wordplay is my specialty so I don't think lines like that should get props, because it lowers the standards for wordplay in general. Everyone has different standards though, TBF. Alastair's closer was decent. A little ironic, but still decent. Not feeling anything else.
Phal had too many nameplays, I do agree with that. Some of them were dope though, and did more than enough to take this battle. Can't really knock a game plan if it worked with flying colors, right? Cialis, knees for Allah and Aloe were all nice.
