Good shit @Dadiator , I'm glad you think you know what's up.

I don't recall begging anyone to join the league, the only thing I am doing is making sure everyone knows sign ups for Week 1 battles are closing tonight at 9:00pm PST.

I'm throwing good things in the League like prizes, etc not because I am desperate (why would I even care if it fails? This isn't my site stupid) but because I want to give the league a chance to be great at least one last season. After that, if someone else wants to run things, more power to them.

The beginning might have some people that won't cut it, but after 2-3 weeks the only one's active will be the people who really want it. It always works out that way, and I've seen multiple leagues with their "criteria" for getting in fail time and time again, because all you get is a bunch of egotistical homos who can't take a loss and start crying about it and sign out. Why? Because there's no motivation to win. I'm giving that motivation.

The Great Father does know what's up. Have you ever run any incentive programs before? Have you ever studied the human mind and it's responses to gratification, short-term and long-term? Or are you just assuming that a few gift cards for Bed Bath and Beyond is going to make this thing worthwhile? Your actions show poor leadership with decent intentions. It's not "criteria", it's an invitational system. You're a dim sort, aren't you?

I run the sales dept. in a $40 million a year company. I have managed other companies, and I am familiar with the psychology of long term incentive vs instant gratification. Your words show nothing more than jealousy and assumption. It is quite obvious that your IQ does not even approach mine. You think because you attempt to appear knowledgeable using terminology that might be impressive to a 10th grade girl, that you somehow possess some type of valuable skill set.

You're the reason why they aren't a 90 million dollar company, and you were likely fired from your other positions for being narrow-minded.
