word. in the south, 60,000 can get you three bedrooms, and two baths and 2 acres of land. most of the land i live on has trees and shit so it'd take some money to clear that shit out. hell you can rent a trailer for 425 and get 3 bedrooms and two baths.
also i wonder what grown man wants to live in an rv?
I believe i'm making some good music, please just wait for me

you only make $8.5 a year?
what do you do?
It was a part time job I had when I was like 16. And believe it or not I lived on my own in a little 1 bedroom studio apartment. Lived on ramen noodles and water , just basics.

^yea, that was me when I was 17...it can be done.
Growing up though, we never had more than 14k to live on, and that was in the best times, and that had to feed, water, and house a family of 6...it's not impossible.

when I was 15 (bout 5-6 months ago)
I lived with my 18 year old freind,

I had to work my ass of but I was always starvin.
i like this guys aim, but not everyone has the luxury of turning their hobby into something as lucrative as 11k a year. I make music as a hobby myself, but i see no possible way towards making 11k a year doing it, so i must keep a day job. his ideas on simplifying his life are well thought out, but he is in a very unique situation that is not going to work for everyone making 11k a year. i also see no reason to try and water down the situation of poverty in our world by promoting the idea that people in general can comfortably live in such a way. people in poverty are not in a position to start pulling straws for fantastic outcomes. i like what this guy is doing, and it does provide some light at the end of the tunnel, but at the end of the day, the reality stands firm - people in general all over the world simply dont deserve to be living in poverty and we shouldnt be lead to believe that we can all live just fine doing so. the article is nice..but i will NOT bow to what its promoting. not one bit..
^^my reply there..
