I can cook pretty much anything if I try.
My main shits though are: porkchops, burgers, and chicken alfredo.
Cooking aint exactly that hard. I like making burgers from scratch, Pizza is always good, steak, chops, saussages wrapped in bacon... lots of meats. etc.. Can cook anything if i wanted to. Also making brownies is the dopeness.

Most mexican food is cooked in lard... but it really depends on where in mex ur from... my dad is from baja... they use lard on fried dishes obviously and when they make tortillas... but other then that not really... ur friend might be from the gulf or central mexico... i know the food from one coast the the other is way different... just like SoCal mexican food and TEXMEX are very different
