Imo, every girl is different, so you can't apply a formula to them. I could be wrong.

But, the way I see it, women like sex as much as men. They choose who they will have sex with relatively shorty after meeting them, and allow each guy they select to convince them that it is a decision they won't regret. Inasmuch as men try to rationalize everything, women are emotional about how they process shit. At least, that's what I've observed.
