Democracy
The struggles in a democracy can be traced to hypocrisy,
Arguments compelled to decieve with the maximum velocity,
Power is within the people, but the choices are governed,
Hidden lies never exposed, they're supposed to stay covered,
Too much misunderstanding leaves the people disadvantaged,
The fall of this is usually due to the people who planned it,
The lesser of the evils is the route of the people,
Which empowers the elites who are known to be deceitful.
Soon freedom will flee and elites lead the people like sheep,
Then dictatorships form and soon lead by decree...
Republic
The people have a voice, electing who they want is a choice,
When corruption sets in you can stop it, no political ploys,
It forms a secret trist that begins with a political twist,
And if one side should win, the government would cease to exist,
Liberals and libertarians on the opposite sides of the aisle,
Such a gap parts the parties, that it could compare to the Nile,
There's those who defile, while others come to terms,
It's a give and take relationship, that eventually burns,
Through Executive orders and unsurpassed regulations,
Comes the death of a nation 'till what's left is creamation...
Socialism
Rules by illusions until perfect equality is served,
Removes the will to work, because everything is deserved,
Another run of the mill government that empowers the elites,
We share what we have, while the rulers play it for keeps,
With time, people no longer seek to empower themselves,
Since we all share what we have, we empower someone else,
Free on the surface, but truly we are slaves underneath,
Any mistake that we make is equal to any crime on the streets,
This is meant to make people moral, but the result isn't cordial,
In capitalism we get fired, socialism's punishment is corporal...
Communism
Nobody owns anything, better yet we are owned by the state,
Given daily rations of food, so government owns all our fates,
Make no mistake, I pity the people who live in this system,
Serving with conditions and only get to live with permission,
The economy may boom, but the people never make a profit,
The people have no voice in laws, therefore, no way to stop it,
To be an enemy of the state is ultimately, a dead man walking,
You are to serve for your plate and work all day without talking,
Labeled by a number, your families lives aren't important,
The people are imprisoned... and held captive by the wardon...
