    token is the only other guy on here that I will have serious lifting discussions with, though we come from 2 different style.


    lmao at try lifting slower. That's definitely not good for strength gains.

    I get protein and creatine(though not much) from food sources, like red meat.

    I do take multivitamins

    The only time I would advocate taking supplements is when you don't have time to prepare food.

    I get over 230g of protein in just eggs, steak, chicken, and milk

    Maybe you need a little more time to pass, you don't see results immediately when you work out. It takes a little bit of time.
    And also you need to keep a diet that reduces food that makes you gain fat and eat only food that helps your muscles grow. But I see TheLaserBeamVoice got that covered for you.

    And also very important is how much and when you sleep. Your sleeping program definitely helps you assimilate the food you eat faster or slower.

    Oh and one more thing. @JayoMayo , I really got to read fast through your posts so I can scroll down and "escape" from ur avatar $ signature lol

    Cuz I bench 300 & have a vo2 Max (oxygen intake aka stamina) in the 60s (ave being 45 & a pro athlete being 80)

    N I do pull ups in 20 sets, one armed push ups in 10 sets & ploymetric work outs..

    I can do 1 or 2 handstand push ups unassisted too..

    And I think sups are fine cept for roids n caffeine products

    i've made the point already, but I'm not sure if you know what the word "supplement" means. It's wholly possible to become strong/in-shape without supplements.

    lol at I bench 300. You bench 300 exactly? Did you really go through the trouble of adding 2.5lbs plates? Why even mention the bench. it's not even a good barometer for strength.

    N idc either way..my measure of strength is endurance... not a bunch of bulky muscle that does nothing but slow u down after u deplete ur carbs..

    U lift 382716282 pounds but can only do it once? Fail.
