    or if you want that natural shit look into turkesterone.

    its completely natural and very cheap. try to warm-ups with low weights and high reps one set. intensify with 70-80% your max 6-10 reps about 5 sets. no more than a minute rest between sets. get in no less than 15 minutes of jogging/sprinting a day that'll keep your metabolism in check.

    ^ Try doing this a few times a day too

    I used to jog 5 miles a day and this shit is still hard to do with out taking a break

    Jay, I used to have have mentality as you.

    My whole life I was puny, so last year I decided to 'get bigger' and I made it a job.

    I was 135 and right now 160 and still going.


    I always thought I would never get bigger because I play so much soccer and I honestly didnt have any patience for not seeing quick results.


    My strength is fucking stupid now
    I be on that Cirque Soleil swag when I workout now.

    People ASK me questions.


    I train with bitches too


    If your strength is gaining then you're on right path.
    Maybe consume more calories?

    fuck creatine....u have to drink massive amounts of water and if u dont u cramp really bad.....i take no explode....it just give u hella energy and after i drink a muscle builder shake....ive cut alot of fat i weighed 205 now i weight 185...still goin

    no explode is basically caffeine and arginine...

    the caffeine makes your body produce more adrenaline then the arginine drops your blood pressure so you get more oxygen to your muscles.

    creatine is naturally occurring in your body..

    i took both before.. on creatine my bench went from 250 to 300 in a month.. NO explode was good too but it didnt work as good as creatine and it made me light headed..

    Your supposed to drink alot of water anyway.. creatine>

    yea my boy was tellin me bout jacked and how much better it was cuz if u dont take the proper amount of no explode it makes u feel like pin needles are in ur skin....i take one scoop cuz 2 scoops turn my ass red and i'm carmel brown lmao

    i drink a shit load of water...maybe it varies in ppl cuz i didnt do good wit creatine.....how much did u take of no explode?
