    West Coast beat

    [soundclick]10861151[/soundclick]

Here's a West Coast style beat I came up with. I was listening to Pac's "Krazy" and started off trying to base something off of that, but it ended up taking a shape of it's own which was completely different than what I had expected.

Thank you. I think I spent like an hour on it. Which is typical of me. Some people pop out a beat in 15 minutes, but I try to take time. I actually liked the piano, but it was originally supposed to be bells, and no low keys.

This was actually not that bad. Other than like previously stated those low piano notes just dont belong like that. The kicks are kinda muddy and dont really come thru all that well. But I liked the flutes and the high piano chords. All in all pretty decent track yo.

Nice base. Sounds like a legit West Coast beat. Whenever most people say they have one it sounds terrible. The piano needs a little work, but otherwise a great track.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm a West Coast playa and listen to mostly West Coast shit so I know how to make West Coast beats. But I didn't mean to. I just let it come out.
