Like, they see dope writers and wanna do wildstyles, but in order to do a wild style you have to have simple letter structure down first. I mean your no structure having as could have got away with that in the 80s but damn man, learn about the legends and how graff came to be what it is today.
and also that too, dope cats in my city that put lots of work into pieces, only to have some dumb shit scribbled over it.
Seen a dude spend 2 days painting a badass 3d wild style, 2 weeks later. some toy shithead came and wrote all over it.
at least let it bump for a month or so. damn.
same goes for hip hop, I dont see how you can call yourself an hip hop artist without learning about the great beasts that came before you.
in the end of the day as long as you are having fun. Just dont expect everyone to like what you do anway, thats how i think, haha.
