I can get alot of things, thanks to my countries freedom,
grateful because, freedom? Watching the news, some countries need some
We have the right to free spech, say whatever we want without be confined
Other countries, you could be killed for just speaking your mind,
It's true the people are suffering and doing whatever to stay alive,
Starving families, sick children, it seems some don't have the will to survive,
Sit on my couch watch the news, a countries civil war tears it apart,
tears falling from peoples eyes, simply just breaks my heart,
It's no ones fault, i don't blame anyone, they have some missing pieces,
Countries in debt, children dying...from lack of medicine to cure their diseases
Civil war rages on, children wait....but they don't know about their father
Sacrificed himself, just to feed his family and provide clean water,
to think that this will all over, you're wrong its never the end,
Starvation, war, is constant, wake up nothing changes, its hell all over again
Take time to imagine life with random strife that we don’t have
How would it feel to walk days for meals without the option to bath
Or walk around strapped jus to use the nearest restroom
With a bullet proof because the tree you used belonged to a rival group
Not having the ability to willing destroy enemies persuing you
Or work your back out for wages that pay shit, and profits go to civil troops
And those troops rape and mame, destroyed the sane, decapitate
And your only means of a fighting chance is to physically use a passive hate
You’ve walked the narrow and straight, but heart is holding holes
Cause the man who politically spits in your face just won in the voting poles
You can feel the summer growing cold and the winters hot-blazed
Prepared to take another route but at the fork in the road, they’ve set a blockade
A society that your fathers have died for leaves your block torn
Riddled with bullets on rebellious bodies have you wonderin what they fought for
Deciding to live or commit suicide, taking the ultimate price of life
But as the blade inches closer to the throat you’re stopped by crying kids and wife
