Black ops theater mode is what i use now days. But before that for cod4 and mw2 i had to record every single game i played. With those cod4 clips, that is PC gameplay. I basically use /record "namehere" to record a demo with the tilde "`" key, then use cod4player to play it back.

i need a movie.cfg file to get rid of the text and stuff other than the kill feed.


and theater mode isnt the kindest to me, one of my most memorable clips didnt save cause the host rage quit. I assume he didnt want to be in a montage. I got a single m16 kill, a double, then a QUUUADDD, then from that i merked the whole team with a rolling thunder i got from the rape. Then the host left.

Haha. My voice is fine. I never done any because.. my old editing prog didnt allow voice recordings, or well i sucked and didnt figure it out. But vegas pro is easier, i'll think about it when i get some gameplay i find interesting. I think i have quite a bit to talk about gameplay wise.

Nope, no HD, although, i wouldnt have minded one. I just use a SD cap card, the quality is decent though. Although as you can tell the ps3 clips have a shorter width to my better quality pc clips.


But me thinks i need to upgrade my graphics card, this 7600gt nvidia just isnt cutting it any more. I record my videos on low settings so it doesnt lag, lol.. so yeah, a better would be be dope. ive been saving the really nice demos so i can re collect them later on and make something epic.

you should leave it....i dont get to see how shit progresses....only a gunshot then a dead guy, then The Flash running around...

Its for the editing dawg, gots to be fly, nah mean.


It helps with the overall flow, Montages are all about the kills, so you remove the running as much as possibl and get to the action.

in my eyes, a kill could be much more impressive if it can be seen how you came about that kill....

like how you stalked someone and they didnt know...

or i you were in a gunfight, then rolled out, and popped out behind them while theyre still staring in the same direction the gunfight was in...

I include enough to tell what is going on. None of my kills are caming kills. You will never see me put a camping kill in a montage unless i happen to hit a triple while sniping. nearly all my kills are me relocating then hitting the nice shots.


and i know where people are cause of spy planes, you will notice in 98% of my beast clips, we have a uav in the air.

what kills didnt you think were explained well enough? Like the second clip after the no scope?

I killed 3 people stole two care packages changed one into a chopper gunner but never used it. Then got killed, spawned like 30 m from where i started that clip, saw a dude, hitmarkered him as he ran round the corner. Then the clip starts there, where i headshot him. and just destroyed the rest of their team as i follow that path.

not just that video in particular...or any certain part of the video...
i 1dunno...might just be me, but personally i dont like the fast forward between kills....i wanna see it all as it happens...

ive noticed a lot of people do that though with their montages...
