I would suggest against this, but go to the Channels tab, click more and highlight DSK Brass. You have a couple saxes and brass instruments. Its not that great tho. And for strings, I normally use Sytrus. Click the middle mouse button and its on one of the bottom rows. But again, its not great. But it does work.
