You feel your ears get hot
You know your face is red
You know your nostrils are flaring
Jaws constricting
Fists balled ready to fight who ever gets in your way
Your vision blurs to red
You begin to sweat
You’re about to lose it
You forget everything that will happen when it’s done
You know it won’t be good
But you don’t care
You don’t give a SHIT
You want out
Away from the one that gets to you the most
But you want to be near them to let them feel what they deserve

You look down at what you have done
Nothing
Nothing, is exactly what you feel
The red tint goes away
Nostrils still flaring
Jaws now moving with hateful words
Fists now hurting from hitting
But you don’t care
You did what you came for
And it’s done
But something is holding you back to finish it off
You turn cold
And run
Far away from what you have done
Only because they pissed you off
You now become angry at yourself
You hate everything that has become of you
What you have become is not worth this universe’s time
What you have become is a thing filled with rage
Filled with hate for everyone and yourself
You have created a monster
