Television actor/rapper Nick Cannon is not letting his past feud with Eminem go away by targeting his hip-hop rival on an upcoming Showtime comedy special.

Weekend reports claim Cannon will mock Em on his May 14th special, "Mr. Showbiz."

"Nick Cannon: Mr Showbiz" will see the rapper and comedian tackle a wide range of topics, from his marriage to Mariah Carey to his rivalry with controversial rapper Eminem. "In his first ever comedy special, the popular comic actor and musician reveals surprisingly edgy, hysterically honest tales of his failed attempts at being a gangster, his humble roots, marriage, fatherhood, and his thoughts about the rapper Eminem," a spokesperson for the network confirmed through Starpulse. You would think with kids on the way, a failed rap career, a basically failing movie and tv career that's hanging on by a thread, that Nick Cannon would leave Eminem alone..Especially after Eminem literally raped Nick's untalented asshole in "The Warning". But I guess not...Guess we'll be seeing "The Warning Part 2" coming soon lol

And yes..In terms of doing behind the scenes stuff and doing business, he's not a failure. But as far as a music career and an acting career, he's a joke. He's a nerdy dude that can't rap, can't act, and needs to just stay out of the spotlight.

I think it's funny that Nick and Mariah are married and going to be having kids..But their still trying to talk about Em with Nick trying to diss him and Mariah sending shots at him in her music video and lyrics..Like grow up and get the fuck over it..One of the illest rappers fucked your wife, has voicemails of her calling herself Mary Poppins for him, and ethered both of you into the ground..You'd think they'd have enough and move on. Lol who really cares WHY people watched Wildin out? He made money off of it and put it together regardless if you didn't like him or not. The point was he is doing something unlike people suggest about him often. I also think people are over looking the fact that the special seems like him making fun of himself. It's hard to make fun of yourself in the why the article you quoted says he will AND go AFTER Em. It sounds like he just really needs to mention the Em situation being as it is so much of what people mention him for recently. It probably won't even be a big deal. I think this is one of those things you have to see before you judge it.

The issues between the pair stem from a track on Eminem's 2009 album Relapse, on which he insulted Cannon's wife Carey.

Cannon later responded to the taunts through a blog post in which he described Eminem as 'Slim Lamey', suggesting that the two meet up together to sort out their problems face to face.

Despite the supposed animosity between them, Cannon insists that his TV special will not be "too serious" in nature.

He's about to be a first-time dad, but Nick Cannon will also be celebrating another first next month when his first ever stand-up special airs on Showtime.
The actor/producer/radio host who actually got his start doing stand-up at a very young age, is excited to return to his roots.
“I see stand-up as a therapeutic outlet to say whatever I want,” Cannon told THR. “When you’re up there on stage, it’s no holds barred. You don’t have to be politically correct. All the pressure is gone. It’s just you and the microphone.”
So what can we expect from this unpolitically correct show?
Apparently Cannon is going to address his feud with Eminem in the special, Nick Cannon: Mr. Showbiz, which was filmed at the Palms Casino last month.
But don't expect another battle with Em to ensue. “I don’t take anything too seriously,” he said. “And that’s one of the aspects of my show. You can’t be too serious because at the end of the day it’s just entertainment.”
