    Demise of a Smack-Runner

so, i lost my esteem cause i was out clockin for green
coppin pounds and droppin raw brown off at the scene
we'd only have it for an hour, tucked down in the seats
next to the smith & wesson 5 piece for targeting creeps
fiends hit me up more often then narcs call the police
bacon tryna lock me down, parkin all on my street
my boy told me they were askin what my line of work is
he said that maybe they been tappin my verizon service
but they don't know i run the streets, an undefeated warlord
or that i keep a hundred G's tucked underneath my floorboard
this aint a war, this is paper for a major score
simple business, but no shit-list remains ignored
on that note, i'ma tell you bout a stash we were seekin
made a trip down south to Talahassee for the weekend
tapped the connection, made plans to have a meeting
we show up to a deep group of masked puerto ricans
i was partially phased but tried to cut real sly shit
pullin a scar-face on some "the stuff's near by" shit
they wouldn't buy it though, they knew we had to fuckin drive it
so without time to grab nines and start snuffin clients...
i told em fine it's in the van my man, papi cholo
you can pay or get slain later by a mafioso
he chose the former, not the latter so we skated
brushin it off, guessin a coward soured the arrangement
so, we're good right, headed back to the life
of stackin cream, actin G and gettin plastered at night?
true case, we drove calm for more than half of the night
holdin a suitcase bomb with a tracking device. BOOM!

I really like this dude, Youv got a really nice flow almost almost entirely throughout, i could easily see this as audio behind a beat. I also really like the story youv told here, its interesting as well as in your face ( which can be either a positive or a negative.. pertaining the in-your-faceness) but overall i was really diggin the story here dude. You also had a decently solid rhyme scheme throughout, but a lack of advanced vocab and rhymes kinda left it a lil dry in areas, overall i actually reallly like this piece, but still feel like your talent could possibly even take this further if you wanted to, good job dude!

Edison Av... I like this peice... A lot.

on that note, i'ma tell you bout a stash we were seekin
made a trip down south to Talahassee for the weekend
tapped the connection, made plans to have a meeting
we show up to a deep group of masked puerto ricans
i was partially phased but tried to cut real sly shit
I'm feelin that verse right there. I guess because I know some Peurto Ricans in Talahassee, plus I only live about four hours from there. I'm in Fort Myers, near the beach area. In fact, I only live about five blocks away from Edison Avenue, which is funny and ironic considering your screen name.

Any ways, I like the way this peice flows. I kinda felt the beat along with the lyrics, like Craze said. It's somewhat relatable in a sense, and you even added a picture to go along with it to give the reader a visual effect along with the rhymes. So I thought that was pretty cool. I don't really have much else to say about this one. You told the story nicely, you had a good play on words, everything flowed smoothly. Keep it up.
