Whats up people? I made this beat smapling "25 Or 6 to 4" by Chicago. I usually do solo tracks but my friends had a rap group and no where to record so I hooked up with this beat. I am the first to rap. I appreciate all constructive criticsm but I'd really like some commentary on the beat and my verse. And as always I will rtf if you drop a link. PEACE

This was pretty cool man. I was feeling the joint. The Chicago sample is cool. I thought all the verses were pretty well rounded. Wordplay could be a little better, but I thought this was hella tight man. Keep posting up songs dude, because I DEF enjoyed this!

I didnt know if it was a group, or just two of yall because the flow would switch between rappers but thats good...I liked the vibe, the quality wasn't bad, The energy and lyrics were decent...The chorus was ok, overall pretty smooth man...when u get a chance check out my drop at http://www.rapbattles.com/forum/show...336/index.html

Hook - not a fan of the low pitch but besides that
verse 1 - flow was cool. lyrics were dope - had your own old school feel to it
verse 2 - flow was a bit weaker than the first but lyrics were cool - if this guy put more energy into this - i think it would be a lot smoother than the track
verse 3 - flow was on point. lyrics were decent... definitely have your own sound if thats you on the 1st verse and this verse
Verse 4 - no feed but i got a kid rock vibe

the beat was dope man some nice guitar samples and well cut..
all the verses to me sound on point and well delivered..
vocals mixed in well..
all in all energy was present lyrical content was good beat was tight

This was very diverse , I love your flow man .. the rhyme scheme is good too .. cud of mixed the sample in the chorus better though

Beat is crazy
Didn't like the Chipmunk'd sample
Vocals could get mixed better louder vocals on the beat
Lyrics ok
Verse 1 Flow is consistent but basic ok
Verse 2 Good verse nice flow
Verse 3 Flow seems a bit off not as basic as verse 1 but not as consisten
Verse 4 very sometimish on the beat
Verse 2 is the best
Overall good track

pretty dope drop, flow is very on beat, punches are decent. at points the delivery can get a bit repetitive but all in all its technically proficient. the one thing id recommend is not to over enunciate. unless youre really trying to get a point across, it can make things a little awkward. the beat is nice, simple but the riff works. might not want to go to overboard with the effects on the hook but still sounds pretty good.
