Even stranger is the drop in LLL Talent. I read a few battles and was laughing hard (not in a good way).

Well I was probably one of them. You gotta understand that there's a lot of people who came back from WoP, or are rusty in general, or didn't give a shit and dropped sub-par against weak opponents. It'll fix itself a few weeks in.
