Are you serious? Don't even put a picture on that, with it it looks disgusting. Without it it looks like a kindergarten drew it but looks not bad. And make the rain drops darker. This reminds me of when i was a kid watching 'the magic school bus' .

no but overall it's not great or decent IMO , take out the pic it's low quality

It looks like some1 just downloaded photoshop for the 1st time. But if this is what you wanna do just keep practicing.
The first one, the two different styles clash. You have a photograph which is neat and crisp and then you threw a totally different style into it with the pen tooled clouds etc... The second is better in my opinion. I don't like the effect you used on the hand but the text makes a better focal point than a random picture of you, however it still clashes a little with the photo but it's better. lol Keep at it.
