my ear a bit before the draining... it ended up getting a little bigger than this.

my brother did wrestling in highschool...he got the same thing from being slammed around and not wearing head gear (during practice, mostly). The last time that it happened, he waited a bit too long to have it drained, so his ear became a bit deformed, permanently.
yeah I had cauliflower ear all the time back in highschool wrestling, would go and get it drained every month or so.
You can rid rid of those kind of ears? Thought they were perminent.
