2. Yes he is already a multi millionaire but so are alot of people who carry on to do acting/singing/rapping.

Fifty is an established rapper & maybe even one of the most famous of all time BUT he wants to be an established actor aswell. IMO get rich or die tryin' was a good film for what it was and fifty played the part really well BUT it wasn't exactly hard for him seeing as it was based on his life most of the way through. Doing something like this will display his acting skills further & as for the slimming down I bet he is back to his normal size within 3-4 months & will be even leaner than before.
