When you do any kinda press exercise, u cuff your thumb around the bar like a normal fist or keep it behind it the bar?

the key to getting big bro is not to work out the same shit everyday... like do certain muscle groups each day... when you work out your muscles are breaking down and when your resting that's when they're growing... I've been to prison and I've seen cats that work out non stop everyday doing the same shit that get no where... as for the cats that do the different muscle groups will blow up in a month... you also need to watch your diet... however much you weigh is how many grams of protein intake you need to have a day... you also need to eat more than 3 times a day... say 5 or 6 times a day

for most shoulder barbell presses i use the no thumb grip
but it's all based off preference, neither one gives you an advantage or disadvantage it's just personal preference really. But i'd say stick to the with thumb grip because it's safer and it places less stress on the wrist unless you have wrist wraps

It'll give you a bigger chest, but in the form of boobs. If you take pro hormones or anything like that, you need to stay away from products with estrogen in them.
My one friend took a pro hormone and it had forms of estrogen in it..and it made his chest all perky and shit. Not like "omg, you got tits"..but enough to tell the difference if you saw him before and after.
So unless you want some titties..don't touch estrogen
