what'd ya'll do for biceps?
i've plateaued. . . which may be because i'm not getting enough protein. . ..
but I do concentration curls 80% 3 sets till burn out, then negatives 3 sets at 60% till burnout with 45 seconds in between. . . I am not noticing a difference at all. . . . someone give a cracker a clue. . . . I hate, HATE HATE standing curls because it always ends up destroying my lower back. . . so I don't wanna plz don't make me
What do you mean negative and only 80%. And yeuh it does hurt your back with standing curls. I do barbell curls, hammer curls, and I usually do isolated curls which I put my elbow on the inside of what ever leg(or thigh w.e its called) and I extend all the way down and bring it up. I find I've gotten my biceps alot harder by that. And when doing standing curls it really shouldn't hurt unless your doing toomuch weight or your feet aren't to stable. but it hurts my back a little too so I know what you mean. And I aslo do close grip chinups.
