I considered using jack3d only cause its cheaper than superpump and i heard allot of people talking about it aswell, but my local shop is being greedy at the moment with giving out samples and i am against wasting money on a whole container cause i dont know if it'll do anything for me.. and i still got enough superpump left.. lol

I've tried a pretty big array of pre workouts, and Jack3d has been my favorite.
If you're looking for a non stimulant pre-workout (no caffeine) Hyperbolic by Professional Supplements is great.

whatever you do, start out with only 1 scoop, and then 1 1/2 to 2..
never jump a whole scoop unless you feel nothing.. that's when it gets scary lol

Looking online a couple weeks ago I did find good things said about "Six Star Pro Nutrition: Professional Strength Whey Protein Plus"..And it's pretty easy on the wallet as well.
