JOURNEY TO MATRIX REBORN
Kryptonite dwells here,
between you and me for now,
will she make a move.
When angels cry I embark on a trip to find food for thought
I'ma a trickster In true form, my original self can't be bought
Losing myself in distorted reflections thinking war is poetic
The piece I wrote between classes turned out to be pathetic
Its a prelude to a grave, I've baptized minds in my ink
The struggle to admire the way western minds think
Shadows drown into the plot of twirling madness
I'm writing a poem without words to slay my inner-sadness
Been on quests to find balance but its truly hard to find
I've been the patron that won't shut up in the theatre of the mind
All I need is God to save me, the atheists are cold and unforgiving
Put the children of this generation to sleep, then we'll start liivng
An uncommon soul permeates my every written ode
The breeze that brought us together went sweeping down the road
I'll give you racism, prejudice and hate as shown on TV
With no panoramic views you'll feel this writer's pain in 3D
I've put water in a hourglas and watched time turn to quicksand
Cried so many tears in the rain with bloodstains on my wristband
Come with me into the matrix 3000 we'll decipher unwritten codes
My straigh-jacket sings songs about being lost in rock n' roll
The paperback angels will fall, becoming sinful and unwanted
My silver-bullet will seek repentance from the mannequin republic
