A few new things of importance:

1) Since everyones afraid of voting in champ matches its now a required link. 4 matches and the champ match, mandatory. it got 3 votes last week.

2) no more divisions. with the way #'s fluctuate there's really no need for it

3) with that being said, im gonna be setting up champ matches more like a fight promoter now. Anyone in the "Top 5" can be a contender. No more contender matches. you getting a shot at the title depends on the quality of your verses as of late, and you being in that "top 5" also. nothing else. not your KOs, not your total wins, not your total votes for. the only thing those factor into is when deciding who makes playoffs. I wanna see the best of the best in champ matches. and the champ should be defending against the best of the best. so the champ match may consist of the same 2 people for back to back weeks, hopefully not. if you dont like it, too bad. step your game up or sign out.

not having contender matches wont affect anything. but im all about community input, so i'd like to understand why you think its not a good thing.

I think I may have changed my mind... When I think about it it's better for the league on the whole. It will motivate people to come harder and the unpredictability of who will have a title shot will make the league a bit more exciting.

thats what i was shooting for. less predictability as for who's going to the champ match. more emphasis on dropping fire consistently, rather than just when you think youve done enuff to get in range of the title. idk we'll see.

i dont think so tbh. whoever is in the champ match will CLEARLY be there cuz they deserve it. i dont think many people will be able to complain about who's getting title shots because its pretty much been the same 3-4, maybe 5 people dropping "champ match worthy".
