Would you guys like doing the draft on here or on yahoo? If we do it on here, the draft would prolly take a couple weeks, but we could trade picks... like trade down or trade up if someone is there that you want. there will be a time limit on each pick and if you fail to show, smoka will auto pick for you from yahoo's BPA. After you pick your player, Smoka will add that person to your roster on yahoo.

I'm doing this on a football forum I post on and it's pretty fun. Of course, it's hard to run and would take some time. We're on our tenth day and in the 13th round out of 22. We'd have a draft thread (ONLY for draft picks) and trade negotiations go in here.

What you guys think? I already talked to smoka about it.

id prefer the standard yahoo format. the date's are set well in advance, so people have plenty of time to try and make it possible to be there.

doing it in here, it would be tough for people to make it every single day we do it.. and personally, i like picking who i want, not getting players added based on a ranking.

Bax- I'm talking both real life and fantasy. I don't see how SF can mess with Boston or NYY this year pitching wise. 5 man rotation or entire pitching staff, because we all know they have 2 of the best 3 closers in baseball.

They definitely have good pitching, but again, it's kinda the same theory I have with Tulo. Who do they play like 1/2 the season? AZ, LAD, COL and SD. I'd say that division is probably the worst or second to worst in the AL and NL. Way more competitive teams in the AL/NL East and AL west.


Oh and no to Josh's draft thing. I like the idea, just don't think it'd fit. I'd like to start doing a keeper league before anything like that goes down though anyway.

You know what I think? I think you don't really follow the West all too closely. You don't have a reason to, why would you. The NL West is the worst division in all of baseball, eh?

Your right I don't really follow the west. Maybe Seattle and Oakland occasionally and thats about it. And you're talking last season, but that division (NL west) has been booty for quite some time so why would I have followed it?
