So far my battle losses is crappy. Im always being told my punches are no good and they dont work. I have looked at everyones battles and, not copied, but tried to use there techniques. Can someone give me advice or help on how to deliever good punches?

Keep doing what you doing keep reading to get the ideas. Its not that hard but it take practice to get it down pact. Just get personal an creative have strong set-up's so at the end you will have that sting feel me keep reading
