Understand that it is alleged that I have committed on September 11, 2009 did unlawfully traffic in a controlled substance; MDMA contrary to section 5(1) of the CDSA.

ok I was with my friend on the way to the YMCA but on the way he decided to meet up with this man he met and sell him MDMA. We drove away a couple blocks and we were arrested at gun point for trafficking. They got a warrent to raid his house after and found $20,000 worth of it. 6 people were arrested in relation to this including myself. I am currently out on bail.

any one know anything about law, court, etc? am I fucked or not fucked?

Things that exhonorate me:

I am only here on vacation I had a plane ticket back to Ontario for Saturday (the day after we were arrested) if the drugs were mine why would I be going back to Ontario by plane?
my finger prints weren't on any of the drugs that were apprehended because I never touched any of them.
I never sold to anyone I was only present when it happened.
I don't have a criminal record.

Things that fuck me:
I was present when my friend sold to an undercover cop.

Yea. I`m not a lawyer or anythin`. But I don`t think you`ll get much trouble. They might try to harass you into givin` them more information than they have. But then again. Idk how Canada is about that shit. But if what you said is true about you only bein` there when it happened. I don`t see how they can screw you about it. I mean. Even if you DID know that your friend was doin` it (unless you did somethin` for the undercover to think you knew, or they have proof). I don`t think you should be worried.

MDMA is some serious shit to get busted with nowadays. I don't know about the technicalities and whatnot elsewhere, but in VA you can (supposedly) get upwards of 20 years for posession alone, meaning that distribution would certainly fuck you. The fact that you were just WITH the dude who had the pills means alot....Your buddy will likely be the one to get seriously boned. Head up! Shit could be tons worse for you.

They are cracking down on this shit in Canada now, as Canada is like #1 as far as production of synthetic drugs go in the Western hemisphere, maybe even #2 in the world, Afghanistan (opium / herion) being the first.

"I'll be back in a minute, wait here." Then he left. Say you had no idea what was going on until the police stopped you. They can't prove otherwise.
