No midi keyboard. No MPD. Or anythin`. Just a mouse. And a typing key board lol. What are some add on`s I should get that I`ll actually be able to put to use.

All the beats I`ve made so far have been sampled. Mainly because I think makin` original beats without a keyboard will be a lot harder. lol.

So goin` off the fact that I mainly sample. Any add ons or plug ins I should get that might help me out.

At the moment I`m just cuttin` the samples to loop in Cool Edit. Then tossin` them in the sequencer and addin` my drum patterns.

Man. That`s what I`m tryin` to stay away from lmao. I just fuck with FL when I`m bored and ain`t in the mood to write. I know if I actually get a keyboard or some shit I`ll start investin` more time into beat makin` lol.

But recommend me some inexpensive shit in that case. Or would just gettin` an MPD be the best shit for me to grab. Cuz I did THINK about gettin` one. But kinda changed my mind lol.

if you're chopping samples then a trigger finger or mpd is the way to go. if you wanna lay down instruments and synths etc go for a keyboard. if you just want something cheap and simple to use then go with the Oxygen 8. I have one. I love it. I even use it a good amount of the time even tho i have a full 88 key midi controller.

As for plugins, go to kvraudio.com and check out all the free stuff there. There's plenty of plugins to play with on that site.
