Dog fighting is stupid. Whether they are vicious or not, they're still living creatures.

But back to the topic.

I do not think it should be legalized, unless it is under special conditions. Like someone suffering greatly from a disease or an accident. I think if it is legalized, then people with sick minds will come out of the woodwork just to get other people to off them. So I guess it should be legalized only under special conditions.
