I'm going out with this girl name Ashley, sweet girl, I love her to the death and she does too. But her family have this belief going on, that people should date within their culture. Her family came from Illinois then move to GA. We were friends at first then instantly started going out with each other, cause we loved each other. I mean, I really, really love this girl. I went out with alot of girls in HS, I never treated them bad, treated them with fairness, nice, sweet, open, caring guy that I am but then it came to the point where we had to seperate because we wanted to see other people and I was Cool With That. Because If your not happy with me then find someone to be happy with. When I came To College In NY, I instantly started seeing this white average looking girl, I mean back home in florida or jamaica, girls looked WAY better but there was something about her. I started talking to her and we had so much in common, she even snorted when I made her laugh which was so cute to me, lmao. we became close friends, then started dating..it was great, i was fucking happy, i was in the clouds. she would cheer me on at my track and field meets, i encouraged her to workout and she would because she used to, i would help her with her homework, i would do things no guy had ever done for her. we was opened with each other, we expressed our feelings deeply for each other including the bedroom (Lol) she had problems with her mother, i even talked down with her mother and daughter so they could talk and they're so close now. 9 Months Later, home for the summer, she tells me that she can't go out with me anymore because...

1. She Scared Because She Cares So Much About Me and she doesn't want to lose me so we should become friends.
2. She Has Feelings For Some Guy, but it isn't the same feelings that she has for me (why? Oh WAIT..I'm not even done!)
3. Her Mother Doesn't feel right to see her with a black guy, but she's better fit with a white guy.
4. Her Family Has This Belief thing going on that you should date your own culture.
