they prolly don't wanna deliver in apartments which is understandable, elevator you go to the top floor , no escape you get robbed. we actually had to come downstairs and pay for the pizza instead of them coming up, while some places like my cousin's in ny too, have no problem going up, becuz they live around there. they know what's good and what's not, simple.

If I was delivery boy I'd go to ANY house. I mean, seriously, everyone loves pizza so who's gonna fuck with the dude that BRINGS it to you? I'd rather deliver to the "hood" than the burbs anyways, tips probably aren't as good, but you got a better chance of coming across a party and/or finding a new dealer. We used to always smoke up the delivery guy as a tip. Even if he was hesitant he would cave in once he saw the 5 footer.
