your tag looks too big and bland

just use PEX designs as the tag and make it more artistic

Yeah, your tag takes the attention away from the rest.
You might want to try and blend it in some.

He seems to be a bit further from the burning house, so it should should look more of a distance away, maybe make the burning building a bit smaller...then you could give a bit more depth into the sky. It's odd how there isn't much going on, but it seems a bit cluttered. I don't think the picture is horrible though.

I'm no graphics expert...this is just IMO.

I don't like it. Not because it's "simple" but because it doesn't tie in with anything. Since when do you get an highway leading straight into an house anyway?, and I can see the blending and blurring of the background to make the focal stand out. But you used the wrong stocks, it just doesn't look "real" if you know what I mean. On the other hand I quite like the text placement, sure the text is plain but it works.. although you should probably lose the orange outer-glow/drop shadow or at least tone down the size of it. No hate, fair criticism.
