overall dao came with the personals but the wordingof them made 'em come off too statmentish for my tastes. i didnt feel his verse had the usual wit and bite. all in all it was on the bland side. punch dropped ok. seen much better from him these past weeks, but still his jabs stuck out more too me. i think he took this pretty handily tbh.

Honestly, I was really disappointed by this battle. Dios would have won if his enormous personal section at the end was more creatively executed. Like personal jabs are all well and good, but they need some kind of spice to them or they feel kinda uninteresting. The Hat Trick bar was funny enough to qualify, but the rest didn't quite come together, and the execution was a little bit weird. Like the talk is cheap bar, it just didn't really feel like a punch. You started alright though. Hold the title would have been alright if not for the playedness, water wings was almost alright. Deep Blue Sea felt like a good concept at first, except why would you put the cast from a broken arm in his mouth? Was too weird an image to be punchy. The ones I quoted were alright, but the Arch was a simple idea, i've seen similar things with many names before so that detracted from it. Abandon ship was fairly straightforward and signposted by the quotes (which had to be there obviously so fair enough), but was decent. I dunno, i got the sense you weren't feeling it too much this week Dios, or just didn't have the time to put in.
Punch started pretty weak imo. Number 2 was really played, words in my mouth was alright if a bit simple, odd dio just didn't work for me, the gap between the words is too pronounced. studio time/priceless was a hella old joke, to the point where it's not even a joke any more, it's free advertising for mastercard. stretch yao ming was alright i guess but such a played concept, you can do better than this man. Anyway, at least those ones that missed were punchy in style, and had some kind of wit behind them even if they weren't too crafty or effective. And you picked it up enough in the last half of your verse to take the win imo. fluoride was also pretty decent. tenner says you were inspired by the lounge thread rofl. hip hop/country music was solid but slightly simple. Cry after this was alright. didn't need to capitalise cry though, everyone knows who he is and would have figured it out, capitalisation just gave the joke away. To end on a positive note, I thought the sun and moon line was a creative flip of punch your lights out and was a nice bar, best of the battle.
So, close one, and I know both of you can do better, but I've gotta give it to Punch. I feel like I've been a harsh fuck, but it's just this seemed like a hefty step down from the finer moments from both of you.

Damn, Dios started this off on fire. personal after personal really hitting hard. but then about half way i dont know what happened maybe he was drinkin n had one too many by that point cus his verse just fell apart. i could hardly follow it. Punch came with a overall more consistent verse.

overall, i guess this was a pretty decent champ match. i was expectin it to get a little more personal, but w/. dios started off pretty good, but when it came to story time bout the middle of his verse, thats when he started fallin off. dunno what that was all about, but it was basically like 6-8 lines of statements and filler. that kinda hurt ya man. punch had a pretty decent showing. the Hip Hop line was prolly my fav.. he had some creative shit.. wording was on point for the most part. had alotta corny shit tho lol, but aside from that, it was straight. i gotta give my vote to Punch, he just seemed to come harsher in this one. g/l tho.
