After reading the HIV thread in ID I stumbled across this website and proceeded to die at the following. I guess its like a "ask Dr. Hopkins" type deal...

quest:
Hi Doc, I am a heterosexual male and was trying a new position but now am unsure if I got the right hole!! Basically, like in a porno I recently saw, I had her lie down on her stomach with legs straight and together and then I positioned myself behind her. She claims it was the correct hole (i.e. vagina) and helped guide me in, but I'm not so sure. My questions: 1. I used two lubricated condoms and did not have sex for too long - maybe 10 minutes, and nothing vigorous. I’m thinking that if it was anal sex, it would not have been that easy when penetrating (on the other hand, she was an escort and so may have done this many times in the past which may mean no need for lubrication?). Would I have known from the ease of penetration whether it was anal or vaginal sex, regardless if she had had anal sex umpteen times before? 2. I was on a binge that day and also used Viagra (I know it is a no-no). I did receive multiple unprotected blowjobs from different girls and each one lasted a long time because I was messed up (by the end of it all, it actually hurt a bit during the last blowjob and I was chafed and red and sore) - sorry for the graphic description. Also, a few of the blowjobs occurred after the sex (after sex, I removed the condoms with a towel, but never really washed the area before the next unprotected blowjob). So could some vaginal secretions on the condom outside or base of penis have made its way back into me during the subsequent blowjobs? So, in a nutshell, I guess my exposure was protected sex (either vaginal or anal) and unprotected oral sex many times leading to a sore and chafed organ. But the unknown variables are receiving unprotected blowjobs after sex (so risk of some vaginal fluids) and the length/duration/intensity of the actual multiple blowjobs and whether this affects HIV transmission probability in any way. Oh, by the way, the girls in question were potential high risk category (escorts in a country where HIV is a problem). But I guess it’s the act that is risky, not the partner, right? Would appreciate your valuable opinion on whether you feel I am at risk for HIV and do I need to get tested? Also, a doctor here advised me to take 2 g Azithromycin and 600 mg Cefixime 24 hours later as a prophylaxis against Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, which I did. Am I ok on this front, or do I need to check for these STDs again after the prophylaxis (because its not a simple matter finding an STD clinic here). Thanks, Thom

Thom, It doesn't matter which hole you were in. What matters is who the hole belongs to and whether you were wearing a condom. Since you wore a condom, I doubt that there's much risk of HIV from the incident. However, you probably should get an HIV test every year or so...since you sound a bit slutty.
