AT&T Took My Fuckin Money, Can I Sue Them?

So last month i order At&t phone + internet + cable.. on the web it says they gonna charge me a $50 deposit, so i paid it online.. then i called the next day after to make sure everything went thru, and them bastards say Direct TV charges a seperate deposit which is $200 which did not tell me ON THE WEBSITE i ordered from...so i cancelled them fuckers and the deposit charge posted in my account that next day so i called and they suppose to got my deposit back in a check in 10 business days.. WELL ITS BEEN FUCKIN 2 WEEKS and i keep callin them & they keep saying it wasnt put in, so i have to start over and wait a whole fuckin 10 more business days..


so to make a long story short, everytime i call them they keep saying it wasnt sent off and they can re-send it for me..
its been fuckiin 3 weeks now

you cant let them get away with this. companies, especially big corporations need to recognize that Its The New. This isn't the 90's where they can get away with poor customer service and the only option people had was to write a nasty letter or spend 3 hours on a phone line to complain to some asshole who doesn't care anyway.

You think you're the only person getting fucked by At&T in the whole world? This company and every other one needs to fear its unsatisfied customers as they can easily be rounded up to tarnish the image and brand and also sway the opinions of many potential would-be users. Just reading this makes me glad I use Comcast, and I would choose it over At&T if I ever had to make that choice

Call them up, ask for the call to be escalated, tell them that you're tired of the poor service on their part and that you are telling everyone you know if they don't issue the check/refund. Ask them what the problem is, and if they say that they don't issue refunds, keep bitching until you can get a manager to agree to issue one. If someone there told you were getting a refund, you are entitled to it regardless if it's their companies policy or not.


Tell them you won't bother calling back again, but instead you'll call the BBB and that if they won't deal fairly with you, they can deal with them. They'd rather cut a check for 50 duckets than have a negative hit on their record and have to pay a fine.

Fuckin right, its not they installed the shit then i cancel, i didnt get anything from them.. I wasnt in the wrong on shit, hell i could have complained bout the fact the site doesnt even say shit about a 200 deposit on my credit check or there website, If that was the case i wouldnt have bothered..

But yeh yall gave me sum good advice
