Every time a soldier from the greater Saint Louis area dies, it's on the local news. It's just weird to me. One or twice a month, someone from here dies at war. Half of them are accidents. Shit's just weird to me.

On the topic of the dead soldiers, well it's litteraly the least you can do is to mention them lol. Alot of places have holidays celebrating military victories and heroes and shit and it's taken seriosly by everyone. Like remembrance day here just comes and goes to most people without much notice.
