The Next Metal Gear is...

A new flash site has just gone live on Konami's Kojima Productions website. The flash site is barebones, showing them Konami logo and the above image with text that reads "A Next Metal Gear Is..."

Now what do those green icons refer to. The text is green, the Xbox 360's image color is green, so make of that what you will. Konami logo is directly below.




Yep, that's the Konami logo alright. There is an "i" and an upside down "i." Does that first "i" refer to the "iPhone?" Apple's products appear throughout the last Metal Gear Solid. Then again, the "i" could refer to the "DSi" or even the "Wii."

The upside down "i" is used in Metal Gear Acid, so there certainly could be a connection. The URL for this new site contains "mgst" which could refer to "Metal Gear Solid Touch." More questions than answers here, folks.

there's not alot 2 go off, certainly the colour, but the symbols could be anything and it seems there just clutching at straws as far as the symbols go

but word.....it's most likely the iphone.....remember they had the whole ipod in the game?...

also it could be for the 360...they'd be stupid not to release a metal gear game for it considering how well it's been selling since the price drop...that plus the already installed console owners...

thats what i mean controls and graphics capaabilities their always making better graphics on the metal gear games. Also i could see sony and microsoft sharing the title but not giving it to a phone!!

i think the new "install to hard drive" option on nxe would now be a greater possibility of that
they would still need to take the apple references out though n some other references

mgs1 on ps1 = greatest metal gear i played, graphics were great back then but could be recreated i think, ok so not so great graphics today but good for a iphone right?
