i think alot you are delusional.

the western conference is an offensive minded conference. when you look at defense they suck, the spurs are the only good defensive team along with possible houston. if you check their games, the western conference is always one big shootout who ever scores the most wins.

it's done way better than the western con. the best defensive team can you name one season where it wasn't an eastern conference team????
even the knicks, and the nets defensive show up better against, west's "lowly" teams, hence why we beat golden state last night.

2nd anyone who says east is "lowly" is stoopid, boston>the entire league...shit even the cavs at the moment, the only team worth 2 shits in the west is the lakers....and they still lost to the lowest team in the east lmao......

& yes the east has always been defense, theres alot of other teams from the east as well with a relatively good defense but mehish at best offense, cavs are one, orlando theres more as well.....

as for offensive play....the west is "run n gun" fast break, open court quickish, drive/shoot sort of offense and alot of teams in general have problems defending against that sort of offense, which imo is why the west usually beat out most east teams....

and east play opposite of that, screens, pick and rolls, etc etc more play orientated play....boston for example ALWAYS pick and roll, but thats basics every team does that just not as much as boston does...

the conferences are alot more even then people think(play wise) it's just because a larger majority of west teams break the 50 win mark and a few will still miss out on the playoffs, where in the east anyteam with 30+ wins has a good chance of getting a 7th or 8th spot...but at the end of the day only one team from each conference will get the chance 2 play for the champs so imo, it dont really matter which is better why cant muhfuckers just enjoy they teams season and stop the hating
