There are several ways to "help" to prove he can pay me. For one, he can prove he has a VERIFIED paypal, by me sending him .01 and him sending it back (You cant send money without it being verified). Another is to put the money into Western Union and make it password protected, and I get the password for it after he recieves the un-watermarked version of the cover.
