i've ate pickled pigs feet before, then one day i was eating some and i notices a pig hair on it and oculd never eat it again...they walk in shit all day cool no problem but seeing the hair ruined me

no...we bought pigs to make prsut often

you have to kill them somehow. we weren't into slicing pigs throats slowly while it fights and causes a big mess so we just shot them in the face.

is to keep the pig's mouth open. When roasting, the heat forces the toxic intestinal gases out and the mouth needs to be open to help it vent. If the mouth is closed, the gases stay inside and seep into the pig. The apple works well because it is round and it doesn't burn up during the roasting process.
