this beast is relitivley good..
the melody is on point..
but something about it sort of reminds me of the music in old style video games

Probably the synth.
This is your best beat yet. Still have some mixing issues. Work on building a nice melody. Something catchy ya know. I like that hihat. Search for better sounds. Also listen to other big producers on how they compose there music. Your ish sounds random. You definately getting better. Keep at it man.

The synth deffinently reminds me of Zelda or some older super nintendo video game. But the beat is pretty dope, I'd use it. Keep it up man.
You need to 'fatten' up that synth or use another one. Your melody is okay but needs some work at points. the loop is choppy it SHOULDN'T be that way when your composing melody there is no excuse because you can make it sound the way you want. oh by the way
