    how the fuck do you create a gif file that works?

    like if i had a short video of me... how would i make it a gif?

    well from my experience with making gifs, you take screen shots, put them together and animate in photoshop or something... but i'm a .gif noob there might be an easier way

    imageready its a photoshop program for moving gifs among other things im pretty sure you can just upload the video to it n jus save it as a gif. with a lower framerate.

    The free image manipulation program GIMP has another package called GIMP Animation pack that makes it easy to convert vids to animated gifs... Google it an you will find a bunch of tuts and videos about doing it.
